I am a firm believer in the "Golden Rule!  "Treat others the way that you would want to be treated."  I'm Colleen Bansemer, with CENTURY 21 Legacy, and I have been serving clients in the real estate industry for over 10 years in Pittsburgh, PA and right here in our Tri-Cities, East TN area.  My passion is helping people achieve their dream of home ownership, through my business philosophy of “Figure out how you can!”  I understand the process can be tricky and daunting, so I strive to make it a smooth and stress-free experience for all my clients.

Background:  I am married to a retired navy veteran from the Tri-Cities and we have 3 wonderful “grown” children.  I have a BA in Communications from West Virginia University and in addition to being a local Realtor®, I have also been a Marketing Director for one of the largest title companies in the industry and was named:  "Affiliate of the Year" for my work with the Pensacola Association of Realtors.  When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy comedy, movies, and spending time with family.
